Good Luck to all 2007 HSC students

Good Luck to all the 2007 HSC students as you head into the final weeks of the exams. Don't forget all the Northern Beaches libraries have quiet places to study.

HSC TALKS

Thanks to all who attended our first ever Northern Beaches HSC talks - some students travelled across the Northern Beaches by bus to get to the venue where their topic was being discussed. Thanks also to those who provided us with feedback so we can plan a better series of talks for those students doing the HSC in 2008. Pictured are some of the students who attended Manly's "Writing for the HSC" with Lyndall Hough.

HSC talks

Our HSC talk programme is part way through, if you want to go to one of the 3 remaining talks ring the library that is holding it to book your place - the venues have differing capacities. It's been great to see students travelling "from afar" to get to lectures, one student caught 2 buses, which took over an hour. Below is a picture of one of our lecturers Lyndall Hough with 3 local students after her "Writing for the HSC" lecture.
